I cannot recommend The Boiler Shoppe enough! I’m based in the UK, so coordinating a boiler installation remotely in Toronto was understandably stressful but Ricardo and the team made the entire process feel completely effortless. Ricardo was an absolute star from start to finish. He was communicative, responsive, and genuinely one of the nicest people you’ll deal with in a trade. Being in another country, I had no way to be on-site to oversee things, but Ricardo kept me informed every step of the way and made sure I never had to worry. The quality of the work was outstanding, and the pricing was very reasonable. The team were very considerate of my tenant and cleaned up before they left. See picture for final results. Had a great experience with the Boiler Shoppe! I don’t know much (or anything) about heating systems, but Ricardo took the time to thoroughly explain all my options for replacing my old furnace, and made everything simple from the quote to installation. He and Dmytro were super helpful, professional, and they did an excellent job! Fingers crossed I never have to deal with a furnace issue again, but if I do, I'll definitely be coming back here. Highly recommend!!

Ricardo and Dmytro had a boiler installed for us this winter and I’d highly recommend them. Their quote was very competitive, they got the job done quickly during the busiest season and there were no issues along the way. I will use them exclusively going forward and will have the back in the spring for maintenance on our ductless A/C.

We needed our furnace and water heater replaced in the fall of 2020. After researching the products and vendors we selected The Boiler Shoppe. We found the salespeople to be courteous and responsive to our questions. Their proposal was very competitive and the installation date allowed for an install prior to the cold weather. The installation team were excellent. They arrive at the agreed-upon time, covered all floor and rugs and complete the work in the estimated timeframe. They reviewed the installed equipment and its functions with my wife and me before they left. They were also courteous, responsive to our questions and their work was very professional. If I require additional HVAC equipment I will deal with The Boiler Shoppe again.

Despite a rather youthful 10 years of service my water tank burst and my undersized boiler had literally worked itself to a premature death. Of course it is winter already. Of course all of the heat in my house depends on the boiler. Of course thanks to Covid everything is more complicated and lots of things are unavailable. And yet Ricardo and his team moved quickly and figured out how to keep my water on, dropped off heaters for comfort and sent total pros on the third day after my first distress call to fix my house infrastructure, install a new boiler and water tank and I was toasty warm again by the evening. What else can I say? They delivered what they promised; they were kind and quick about it; I recommend them.

I had a great experience with this company installing ductless units in my home. From start to finish, the entire team was professional and easy to work with. We live in an older two-storey home in Toronto. Our outdated central duct system performed poorly in summer, only functioning on the main and second floors. The basement was often too warm or damp, and while the main floor was tolerable, the second floor was excessively warm. We are very satisfied with our new system and the overall positive experience, and we especially thank Ricardo and Dmytro.

After a scary middle of the night evacuation due to a carbon monoxide leak in our home we were lucky enough to stumble on the positive reviews about the Boiler Shoppe! I called them first thing on the holiday Monday and Ricardo promptly returned my call. Over the phone he was able to provide expert diagnosis and assess a bigger issue going on with our triangle tube furnace...it turns out that a faulty heat exchange had almost caused a deadly fire in our system. Throughout everything Ricardo accepted countless calls to troubleshoot with us. In the end, he offered us an exceptional new Viessman boiler at an extremely competitive price. Not only was he responsive and thorough but he also offered a calm ear during a very stressful ordeal. Thanks to the Boiler Shoppe!

I purchased a Goodman central AC unit from The Boiler Shoppe. Got really lucky I picked this company as I pretty much was just calling around asking about prices. The owner helped me pick the most efficient unit within my budget. Everyone involved was great to deal with. It was a big purchase for me and they understood. Nice people.
